What Our Customers Are Saying About YallaCBD

I had 5 major back surgeries over 20 years and was on heavy opioids which only barely made the pain tolerable. I recently discovered CBD and found it to be an amazing replacement for pain management. I was able to completely eliminate the use of opioids. I am particularly impressed with how effective the topicals are for me; even more effective than the drops. - Mike P., Sr. Pastor I injured my shoulder the other evening and was having throbbing pain and inflammation. I rubbed some of the 4000 mg. gel on it and within a few minutes the pain was gone and the swelling went down. - M. M., IT Professional I twisted my ankle, aggravating an old injury. It hurt! I rubbed on some of the 1000 mg. gel and within about 10 minutes the pain was gone and stayed gone! I now use CBD to improve recovery time in the gym and heal any injuries fast. Also, I tend to get eczema on my fingers and needed a steroid to make it go away. Now, just a little bit of CBD (drops, gel or balm) and the eczema ...

Why I Started YallaCBD

Some time ago, I discovered how CBD helped me with my RLS (Restless Leg Syndrome) which had tormented me for over 50 years. Not only was my RLS completely eliminated, but I also experienced a huge reduction in the aches and pains from age related arthritis, for which my doctor had said there was nothing that could be done. I also noticed a reduction in the everyday stress and anxiety that many of us live with and have accepted as " normal ". I was so amazed by the effect that CBD had for me, that I immediately decided to share the good news with everyone. This led to the idea of starting my own business to not only share information and educate others who might otherwise never try CBD for their own ailments, but also provide the very finest CBD products at great prices. We have researched the subject of CBD and have found many scientific papers (shared on our All About CBD page), and sourced our hemp from a certified KIND organic hemp farm. Our CBD is processed using CO2 s...

CBD for Exercise and Muscle Recovery

One of the things I have learned as we have embarked on our CBD journey is that many health and exercise aficionados are using CBD products to help in their post exercise recovery.  Sore muscles after physical activity, known as delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS), can occur when you start a new exercise program, change your exercise routine, or increase the duration or intensity of your regular workout. When muscles are required to work harder than they're used to or in a different way, it's believed to cause microscopic damage to the muscle fibers, resulting in muscle soreness or stiffness. DOMS is often mistakenly believed to be caused by a build up of lactic acid, but lactic acid isn't involved in this process.   What can you do?  YallaCBD has found a significant number of our clients are engaged with a number of physical activities, from running, yoga, and tai chi to weight lifting and high intensity interval training or cross-fitness.  Regardless of ...

CBD and Pets

Our lives revolve around our little furry friends.  Our pets are part of the family, whether they be cats, dogs or something else.  Sometimes these animals feel stress and anxiety or pain from arthritis or possibly from an injury of some sort.  I actually had a dog (Marla, the Australian Shepherd) that was hit by a car and her hip was shattered.  She limped on 3 legs for quite a while but eventually recovered completely except for the ability to have pups (the vet said her hip was damaged too much to allow a safe birth). Both Marla and my best buddy, Oscar (yes he was a dachshund) have gone on to doggie heaven.  My only wish was that I had known about CBD when these family members were going through their times of crisis.  Oscar suffered from a leaky heart valve (common with dachshunds) and suffered from pain and difficulty breathing.  He was a trooper and never complained.  Based on what I have since learned about CBD, I am sure it would have ...

Week #2 at Eugene Saturday Market

Greetings!  I thought I would share an experience I had recently in Oregon at Eugene's Saturday Market.  I like to attend these events because it gives me the opportunity to meet people, talk to them about CBD , share knowledge, information and samples as well as find out the challenges they face in terms of physical dysfunction. I met a young woman who was sharing with me that she had been experiencing extreme pain in her neck due to muscle knots and spasms.  I suggested she try some of our 2500 mg. Recovery Gel .  I explained how it would relax her muscles and provide relief for the pain. She agreed to try some so I squirted some on her hand and she rubbed into her neck.  At that point she wanted to catch up with her friends who had wondered over to some other booths.  I asked her to come back in 10 minutes or so to let me know how she was doing and if her neck felt any better. About 10 minutes later, she returned with her friends in tow, and was mo...

CBD Extraction Methods

There are three basic extraction methods to create CBD oil and associated products. CO2 extraction. The supercritical (or subcritical) CO2 method uses carbon dioxide under high pressure and extremely low temperatures to isolate, preserve, and maintain the purity of the medicinal oil. This process requires expensive equipment and a steep operational learning curve. But, when done well, the end product is safe, potent, and free of chlorophyll (chlorophyll imparts an undesirable taste). Ethanol. High-grade grain alcohol can be used to create high-quality cannabis oil appropriate for vape pen cartridges and other products. But this extraction method destroys the plant waxes and some other phytochemicals, which may have health benefits that are favored by some product-makers. Olive oil. Olive oil can also be used to extract cannabis oil. Dr. Arno Hazekamp, director of phytochemical research at Bedrocan BV, which supplies medical cannabis for the Dutch Health Ministry, reports this ...

Buyers Guide: Strength and Price

When first starting out on your CBD journey, it may be helpful to compare prices from the various vendors vying for your business. First and foremost, it is highly recommended to only buy CBD products from vendors who publicly share their certified 3rd party test results . This is to ensure that the product you are buying is what is being advised and to ensure that there are no toxic chemicals, pesticides, heavy metals, or other impurities or volatile substances. CBD tincture (drops) are most commonly sold in 15ml., 30ml., or 60ml. bottles. If the bottle says that it is 1000mg., that means that you are getting that much CBD in the entire bottle, no matter what the size. The only basis for discrimination between the different sizes is taste and ease of consumption. We prefer the 60ml. bottles because each dropper will taste better. This also means that the amount CBD in each dropper (dose) will be less. This is actually a good thing! This is good because you can easily control h...
